Marketing Manager
Social Refuel is looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with strong hands-on experience in digital, performance, organic, and event marketing. The ideal candidate should have managed live marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with a strong understanding of website tracking, analytics, SEO, GEO, AEO, organic growth, and audience acquisition. The role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for events, campaigns, and brand initiatives, analysing performance, improving digital visibility, and driving measurable audience and business outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in planning, executing, managing, and optimising live marketing campaigns.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, optimisation, and performance analysis.
Experience in event marketing, including developing and executing marketing strategies for events, festivals, brand activations, sports, entertainment, or experiential projects.
Ability to develop pre-event, on-ground, and post-event marketing strategies to drive awareness, audience engagement, registrations, leads, ticket sales, and conversions.
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, and overall campaign ROI.
Strong knowledge of website tracking and analytics, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and website events.
Ability to analyse website traffic, user behaviour, landing-page performance, conversion journeys, and identify where users are dropping off.
Strong understanding of SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and their role in improving search and AI-driven brand visibility.
Develop and implement organic growth strategies across SEO, content, social media, search, community, partnerships, and other organic acquisition channels.
Ability to identify which marketing channels are contributing to brand awareness, audience growth, ticket sales, leads, website traffic, conversions, and business outcomes.
Work closely with content, creative, production, business development, ticketing, and external partners to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Monitor competitors, market trends, audience behaviour, and emerging digital platforms to identify new marketing opportunities.
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports, analyse campaign data, identify gaps, and provide actionable recommendations.
Ability to understand why a campaign is performing or underperforming and take data-driven decisions to improve results.
Experience with Looker Studio, Meta Business Suite, keyword research/SEO tools, and marketing analytics platforms is preferred.
Strong analytical, strategic, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills with a strong understanding of data-driven marketing.
Experience in events, entertainment, sports, lifestyle, experiential marketing, media, or consumer brands will be an advantage.
Willingness to work from the office and adapt to flexible working hours based on campaign and event requirements.
